Saraga International Grocery - A Diverse Culinary Adventure in Indianapolis

This is probably one of the largest international supermarkets in Indiana. The store is huge and offers an incredible variety of products from many cultures. You can find Asian groceries as well as Mexican items, along with a wide selection of fresh food, dry goods, snacks, and fresh fruits. The supermarket is so large that if you want to explore everything, it could easily take hours. There is also a food court inside, which is very convenient if you want to try different foods. They offer Japanese food, Korean food, Mexican dishes, and corn dogs. One highlight is the seafood section. There is a large selection of seafood, including live seafood in tanks, seafood displayed on ice, and many frozen options. Overall, it’s a massive international supermarket with an impressive variety of groceries and food options.

Nicer than the other location in look and smell. Has a good selection of items. However, you need to check the quality of each item before buying. We bought dates that were molded inside the plastic packaging. I was happy because I found everything I wanted.

I discovered Saraga several years ago and just now realized that I’ve never reviewed it. I love traveling the world and when I fall in love with a dish from a particular country I know I’ll be able to find it or the ingredients to make it at Saraga! It’s always fully stocked, the aisles are wide and always clear, the staff is very helpful if you need anything. Saraga is a must stop for me on every visit to Indianapolis!

My son was enjoying ice cream, and it made me think about the importance of proper hand hygiene, especially when handling food. I highly recommend Saraga International Grocery Store to continue hosting more food truck festivals in the coming summer. It would be fantastic to see more events like this, bringing people together to celebrate food, culture, and community. Saraga International Grocery is one of my favorite places to shop. Huge variety of international foods, fresh produce, and unique ingredients you won’t find elsewhere. Clean store, fair prices, and friendly staff make it a great experience every time.

It's one of the fancy of saragas it has the restaurants inside and it does have one of the best Israeli restaurants that serves falafel that I've seen. Although it has a bigger broader clutch of items then the other stores. They were there the people were nice enough. Bing from different countries sometimes I think they look at what we buy knowing that we're Americans and Go hmmm not realizing my wife is part Mexican.

I stopped in to grab some sweets for my grandkids at Tous Les Jours, but quickly realized Saraga International Grocery is so much more than a bakery stop. This place is an experience. The store is packed with products from all over the world. Asian, Latin American, African, Middle Eastern, European. You name it, they have it. The produce section is impressive, with fresh fruits and vegetables you don’t often find in regular grocery stores. The seafood and meat counters offer a huge variety, including specialty cuts and fresh fish on ice. Aisles are filled with spices, sauces, noodles, snacks, candies, and drinks from dozens of countries. What really stood out was how easy it was to explore. Everything is well organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Between Tous Les Jours, the food court, and the incredible selection throughout the store, it’s a one-stop destination for discovering new flavors. I came for sweets and left with a cart full of things I didn’t even know I needed. A fantastic place to shop.
